The Role

Assist in administrative coordination, HR management, and accounting for two entities. Handle general administration tasks, HR documentation, financial operations, and communication updates for the architecture firm. The role includes preparing client invoices, processing supplier invoices, and participating in annual financial reconciliation.

Requirements

CFC in commerce or equivalent, 2-3 years similar experience, excellent French skills, proficiency in MS Office and Crésus, organizational skills, autonomy, and interest in architecture. German or English is an asset.
