Receptionist – Front Desk Coordinator
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Receptionist – Front Desk Coordinator 80% for our Human Resources department. Your main tasks include managing the reception area, operating the switchboard in German, English, and French, welcoming and supporting external customers and visitors, assisting facility management with mail processing, ordering office equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk. The role also involves supporting HR with time management and onboarding processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification with reception desk experience in service sectors like the travel or hotel industry. Excellent language skills in German and English and oral knowledge of French are desirable. You should be a team player with good communication skills, high service orientation, and the ability to work independently.
