The Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for offering excellent customer service, handling repair and service inquiries professionally, and maintaining a positive shop atmosphere.

Requirements

A completed apprenticeship in retail, ideally with experience in telecommunications or multimedia, or a motivated career changer with sales flair. Enthusiasm for technology, telecommunications, and digital trends. Excellent sales skills, customer service orientation, and a professional demeanor. Proficiency in German is required, with other languages being a plus.
