Part-time Administrative Assistant

The Role

Assist in administrative tasks for the Geneva-based team, managing class scheduling, materials, and student activities. Handle meetings, correspondence, and record keeping. Maintain confidentiality and solve problems proactively. Support Constructor's collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in administrative roles, ideally in academia. Strong organization and multitasking skills. Excellent English and French communication. Independent and collaborative working skills. Flexibility in job responsibilities. Academic process familiarity is a plus.
