Customer Support

Participants will record two audio samples, each approximately 30 seconds long—one natural and one with emotions. They will also transcribe the audio accurately. The aim is to highlight natural recordings showing native accents. The recordings may be used publicly by the client, and participation implies acceptance of this use.

Participants need a smartphone with iOS 17.0 or Android 8.0 or above and must be located in Switzerland. A stable internet connection is necessary and a quiet environment is required for recording. Task duration is up to 1 hour.
