The position involves independent and cooperative research activities within the project, contributing to the SNF project's execution and organization, writing scholarly publications, presenting at conferences, and transferring results into vocational education practices. The project explores the evolution of professions in Switzerland due to socio-economic changes.

Candidates should have a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field such as Sociology, Educational Science, or related disciplines, with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative methods and ideally knowledge of the vocational education system. Proficiency in German and English and a collaborative spirit are required.
