The Technical BDR / Growth Engineer owns the technical sales funnel, utilizing tools like Clay, Lemlist, and HubSpot for cold emails, social media, and events. The role involves creating value propositions, tracking KPIs, and closing opportunities in German and English.
Requirements
Must be comfortable with Gen-AI tools and have hands-on experience with Clay, Lemlist, and HubSpot. Requires 2+ years in B2B tech sales (SaaS, AI, dev tools) with proven success. Fluency in German & English is required. Must focus on data & KPIs, using dashboards to iterate based on numbers. Experience in automated playbooks, event management, and content marketing is a bonus.
