Leiter:in des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)

As the head of the internal control system (IKS) at Insel Gruppe, you'll ensure compliance with legal requirements for orderly control processes and assurance over financial statement items. Responsibilities include overseeing and developing the IKS, providing advisory support, scoping for IKS, and working closely with various departments. Additionally, you'll design training sessions and be a key contact for audits.

A degree in business administration and several years of experience in auditing or at a Big Four are required. It is essential to have knowledge of financial processes, BPMN 2.0, and experience in designing and implementing business process controls. Experience in healthcare, excellent communication skills, independent and solution-oriented work, and proficiency in both written and spoken language across all organizational levels are preferred.
