Administrative Support
The Role
This role involves performing general administrative and organizational tasks, supporting the Service de révision in employer controls, drafting criminal complaints, updating and publishing documents related to unemployment insurance, and supervising commercial apprentices. The job is job-sharing possible and located in Berne at the SECO.
Requirements
Completion of basic commercial training with several years of professional experience, ideally with experience in supervising commercial apprentices. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Indesign, and SAP. Ability to work flexibly, precisely, autonomously, and with initiative. Team spirit and reliability. Good active knowledge of two official languages orally and in writing, and passive knowledge of the third.
