The Role

The University of Bern is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Sachbearbeiter/in in the General Secretariat. Responsibilities include organizing events like Dies Academicus, assisting in Senate meetings and University management sessions, managing electronic records, liaising with the University's fundraising foundation, website maintenance, and general secretarial tasks.

Requirements

A completed commercial apprenticeship, several years of professional experience ideally in administration, and strong MS-Office skills including Teams are needed. Experience with CMI Axioma is a plus. Candidates must work meticulously and efficiently, possess organizational skills and flexibility, and have excellent German, as well as good English and French skills.
