Project Controls Manager

The Role

The role involves managing and monitoring all Project Controls activities in various projects. Responsibilities include setting up tool landscapes and reporting per company and project needs, supporting project control, budget creation, CAPEX cost estimation, progress tracking, KPI collection, risk evaluation, and stakeholder communication. The role focuses on risk management, document management, team interface coordination, and ensuring compliance with cash-flow management.

Requirements

Candidate should have >3 years experience in Project Controls, familiarity with Life Science operations, strong IT skills, and proficiency in German and English. A combination of a commercial background or a degree with hands-on Project Controls skills is needed. Understanding of budgeting, change management, SAP, SAP, and project operations. Flexibility with work location and a proactive, team-oriented mindset is preferred.
