Part-Time Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant
The Role
We are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant for a financial sector client based in Geneva. The role involves managing calendars, travel arrangements, reviewing documents, coordinating meeting logistics, liaising with stakeholders in English, French, and Mandarin, handling administrative follow-up, and supporting internal projects. The position requires rigor, proactive behavior, high organization, excellent communication skills, and confidentiality.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Master's degree or equivalent, preferably from Geneva, previous experience in an administrative role, fluency in English and Mandarin (French is a plus), strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and discretion are essential.
