Marketing and Communications Specialist

The Role

As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you'll execute and implement strategies to enhance BCG's visibility and market presence in Switzerland. You will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and collaborate with MDPs to support key initiatives. This part-time role focuses on internal initiatives, with some flexibility for external campaigns. Key tasks include managing internal and external communication projects, promoting business topics, preparing media studies, maintaining journalist contacts, and monitoring press reports. You'll work closely with local leadership and a Central Europe marketing counterpart.

Requirements

Candidates should have an academic degree in communications, marketing, economics, or social sciences with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with CMS, social media management, and basic graphic or video editing is preferred. The role requires excellent English and German language skills, with some knowledge of French as a plus. Candidates should possess strong project management abilities, innovation, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills. A structured and organized work approach, alongside the ability to perform under pressure, is essential.
