The Role

Responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring excellent service through close collaboration with different teams to ensure smooth processes and innovative solutions. Key tasks include processing customer orders, handling complaints, coordinating between production and sales, monitoring delivery dates, and various administrative tasks.

Requirements

You need a completed basic or further education in commerce or the food industry. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food sector, strong customer service skills, and quick, associative thinking. Independent and solution-oriented worker required. Must be fluent in German, with very good Italian and good English skills.
