Customer Success Manager

The Role

We are seeking a French and English-speaking Customer Success Manager for a part-time position of 20 hours per week. The role entails supporting French-speaking regions as part of an international team. Responsibilities include account management, customer journey review, facilitating workflows, collaborating within teams, preparing documentation, and customer feedback analysis.

Requirements

Candidates need 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Valuation, Account Management, or Customer Success. Should be adept at working remotely with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. French and English fluency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
