CRM Service Administrator

The Role

As a CRM Service Administrator, you are responsible for implementing local/global processes in Salesforce Service in close collaboration with the Service Team. This position offers an exciting environment and a great starting point for personal development.

Requirements

Completion of a commercial/technical apprenticeship or higher education. Several years of experience as a Key User with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Salesforce). Experience in transformation projects and KPI monitoring. Ability to work cross-departmentally in a networked environment. Good communication skills, flexibility, and analytical thinking. Quick learning ability with new IT tools. Team player, customer-oriented, and independent. Fluent in German and good English knowledge with project management experience.
