Internship in Customer Experience

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual for an Internship (6-12 months) or Masterthesis focused on developing a comprehensive concept for customer visits. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of customer experience. The role is onsite in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. You will analyze current customer visit processes, develop a detailed concept for customer visits, consider new technologies, develop supporting materials, and document the entire process.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable communicating in German and English. Affine to innovative solutions with a basic understanding of customer experience principles. Strong research, analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Valid VISA/work permit for Switzerland or university confirmation for a mandatory internship.
