Co-Leitung Community Management und Operations

Working Bicycle AG is seeking an experienced Co-Leader for our Community Management and Operations Team. Responsibilities include co-leading the team, overseeing our community of over 18,000 cyclists, planning campaigns, and coordinating projects. You will work closely with the management to strategically develop the company.

First team leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, strong communication, high service orientation, commitment, motivation, responsibility in stressful situations, flexibility, and openness. Fluent in German, with French or Italian as a plus. We welcome diverse experiences and personalities.
