The Role
This position offers insight into the staff training administration at the University of Basel through administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supporting course administration, using the ESCADA platform, assisting in event planning like the Welcome Day, maintaining the web presence and intranet, procuring materials, setting up rooms, and communicating with partners. This role is part of the Organizational Culture division under the People & Culture office, which supports the university's cultural and organizational development.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's degree and an affinity for IT. Familiarity with course management applications, particularly ESCADA, is desirable. Candidates should work responsibly, independently, and meticulously and possess quick comprehension and structured working skills. They should be team players with open and networking personalities and must be fluent in German and English.
