IT Support (m/w/d)

Join Skillcloud AG, a member of the Datalynx Group, as an IT Support Specialist. Tasks include managing IT workplace resources, supporting IT inquiries, organizing software distribution, coordinating communications with stakeholders, managing IT budgets, and training employees. Work location is in Basel with attractive employment conditions and support for further education.

At least 5 years of experience in IT support or operations with a focus on workplace and asset management. Solid experience in IT system installation and maintenance. Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certificates are advantageous. Excellent German and good English skills required.
