Teamleiter/in Payroll

Extendis AG is seeking a Teamleiter/in Payroll for a reputable Swiss industrial company based in Wallisellen. The role involves leading a team responsible for all payroll processing, partnering with an external payroll provider, and ensuring seamless payroll runs including year-end closures. Additional duties include handling social and personal insurance tasks, serving as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, and optimizing HR processes in collaboration with the HR team.

Candidates should have extensive experience in payroll management, ideally within larger companies, and possess completed vocational training with further education as a Payroll Specialist. Strong knowledge of social and personal insurance, proficiency in Excel and payroll systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills are required. Candidates must be fluent in German with English proficiency as an advantage, and demonstrate precision, responsibility, and resilience.
