The Role

In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for digital EDI matters, planning and organizing meetings, events, and retreats, writing minutes, and tracking tasks and decisions. You will manage documents, maintain filing and collaboration platforms, and create reports and presentations for leadership bodies. Additionally, you support interdisciplinary projects and working groups.

Requirements

You possess excellent organizational skills, work independently with high reliability and precision, and have strong communication and team capabilities. Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment are required, as well as active knowledge of one official language and passive knowledge of another.
