Customer Support Specialist

The Role

Join Manor AG in Zug as a Customer Support Specialist on a part-time contract. You'll handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide expert advice on our offline and online offerings, and manage webshop orders via tablet. You'll also assist with E-Shop pickups, returns, and support our Manor World Mastercard. Administrative tasks in the back office are also part of the role.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have completed training in retail or administration, with experience in similar roles, preferably in customer service. You're a communicative team player who thrives under pressure and maintains professionalism. Proficiency in IT and Office applications is needed, with fluent German and ideally another national language.
