The Role
The role involves general administrative and organizational tasks like managing electronic correspondence, updating websites, organizing meetings and workshops, assisting in administrative aspects of employer audits, drafting criminal complaints, updating and coordinating unemployment insurance materials, and supervising apprentices.
Requirements
Basic commercial education and several years of work experience are required, with a preference for experience as a trade apprentice tutor. Strong IT skills and familiarity with software such as MS Office, SAP, and electronic business management systems. A flexible and precise work approach, problem-solving abilities, and initiative. Team spirit, systemic approach, service orientation, responsibility, and reliability. Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third.
