Customer Support
The Role
Join our Customer Success Team to inspire customers, create efficient support, and actively develop service processes. Engage in First & Second Level Support, daily support operations, quality management, and build support resources. Proactively improve support processes and foster cross-functional improvements. You'll coordinate daily tasks, take on admin duties, and contribute to new support channels.
Requirements
Fluency in German with good English skills, French is a plus. Tech-curious, organized, and able to work independently. Experience with tools like HTML, regex, and Helpdesk systems is welcome. Thinks systemically, a keen problem finder, and proactive in process improvement. A team player who works hands-on in dynamic environments.
