Accounts Payable Accountant

The Accounts Payable Accountant is part of the Finance Team and ensures efficient accounts payable management, expense report processing, and collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities include verifying invoice data, managing payment runs, reconciling accounts, and coordinating procurement. Reports to Head of Finance, part-time (80%), location in Zug and Luzern.

Requires a commercial degree or accounting specialization, 3-5 years of Accounts Payable Management experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, good VAT knowledge, and fluency in German and English. Strong teamwork, independence, and flexibility are essential, along with experience in procurement and Swiss GAAP Fer knowledge as an advantage.
