Pilot Program Developer
The Role
The FGDC is launching a pilot project to test the implementation of a structured cervical cancer screening program in Geneva. The project aims to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of such a program before a potential larger-scale deployment. The mission includes developing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the pilot program based on scientific data, equity, and efficiency. Specific tasks involve forming a steering committee, reviewing literature, defining target population selection, and developing action plans with partners.
Requirements
The candidate must have expertise in public health, epidemiology, and health promotion with a good understanding of the Swiss healthcare system. Project management and multi-sectoral coordination skills are essential, along with experience in managing health projects or coordinating field interventions. A medical degree recognized by FMH or MEBEKO, with specialization in public health or preventive medicine, is a plus. Experience in academic research is advantageous.
