CHOOSE Integration is an employment integration program for job-seeking youth and young adults, providing work training and support for integration into the job market. Participants gain practical work experience in catering, shop, and workshop settings. Responsibilities include providing guidance and ensuring smooth operations as well as administrative tasks like maintaining attendance records and social media.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old with a completed vocational training, ready for a minimum engagement of 3 months. Good IT skills, strong communication, initiative, self-reliance, assertiveness, and commitment are essential. The ideal candidate should have a category B driver's license.
