Join the Heilpädagogische Zentrum in Schüpfheim and share responsibility for a residential group in a collaborative work environment. Deliver a meaningful daily structure for our adult residents with cognitive impairments, offer support, and ensure a safe living environment. Focus on self-determination, development, and participation, while mentoring social pedagogy students.

Completed education in social pedagogy HF with relevant work experience. Leadership training or openness to it is an asset. Passionate about working with people, building sustainable relationships with residents and colleagues alike. Proactive and open to new topics, including the digital world. Prepared to approach challenges constructively with flexibility.
