Executive Director
The Role
The Executive Director will lead the consolidation and expansion of the MIDS programme, managed jointly by the University of Geneva and the Geneva Graduate Institute. Responsibilities include program management, supervision of an administrative team, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, and event representation. The program attracts international students and covers topics like international arbitration and WTO dispute settlement.
Requirements
Candidates should hold at least a Master’s degree, preferably in fields concerning education or public administration. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is needed, along with digital fluency, especially in educational tools. Strong communication skills in English and French are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid experience in project and team management.
