Bereichsleitung Hauswartung

As a Bereichsleitung Hauswartung, you will lead and manage staff, optimize processes for economic efficiency, and provide valuable integration opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing cleaning services, customer acquisition, quality assurance, and active participation in daily operations. You will also develop the department in coordination with management, align service offerings with the market, oversee budgeting and investment planning, and create jobs for people with special needs.

You should have training in business maintenance or as a janitor, completed studies in work/social pedagogy, and ideally experience as a vocational trainer. Proven experience in a similar role and competence in guiding and instructing individuals with mental disabilities are also required.
