IT End-User Support (m/w/d) (ca. 20%)

At BAK Economics, we are looking for a dedicated IT End-User Support for our team in Basel, Elisabethenanlage 7. In this role, you will assist our staff with technical questions and issues.

Tasks include handling support requests via our ticket system, providing technical support for hardware and software, solving IT problems for end users, assisting in IT infrastructure projects, and setting up and configuring workstations. No completed vocational training required but good German and English skills are needed.
