Aquafitness/Aquabike Instructor
The Role
Under the motto 'As diverse as you', the Club School is a meeting place to inspire and engage in meaningful leisure activities. It offers attractive courses in languages, movement, and creativity, supported by the Migros Culture Percentage. The role involves preparing and managing aquafitness and aquabike classes at the Hauterive and/or Dombesson pools in Neuchâtel.
Requirements
Completed initial or continuing education as an Aquafitness/Aquabike Instructor. Proven experience in adult education or in a similar role. A polished and warm attitude towards participants, and an independent, flexible, and reliable personality. Ability to convey technical knowledge in a varied, targeted, participant-oriented manner while inspiring enthusiasm. Enjoys teaching adults in small to medium-sized groups. Good knowledge of French is required.
