Quality Standards Specialist

Responsible for defining and implementing quality standards for new products and manufacturing processes. Collaborate closely with product management and development to ensure quality requirements are considered during design and development phases. Support selection and evaluation of materials, production processes, and suppliers. Coordinate certification processes with external agencies and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Monitor quality standards at existing suppliers, conduct process controls and internal audits, and support purchasing with quality checks.

Background in engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, quality management, or similar fields. Experience in quality management, preferably in solar/photovoltaics. Knowledge of quality standards, norms, and certifications. Experience in audits and process optimization. Excellent German and good English skills in speech and writing. Structured work approach and strong problem-solving skills.
