Suche Kofferreparatur

Looking for suitcase repair for 30 CHF. I have two small suitcases that are defective. One suitcase (white color) has a wheel that no longer works and probably needs to be replaced. On the other suitcase (blue color), the handle does not go up because it is stuck. I am looking for someone in Basel who is familiar with these problems and can help me repair them. Since the damages are minor, I can offer 30 CHF for the repair of both suitcases. Thank you in advance for your response.
