Customer Support

The role involves maintaining customer and vehicle data in WERBAS, supporting order reception, monitoring and capturing delivery notes, issuing invoices, and providing general assistance in supplier and customer care within the vehicle maintenance domain.

The candidate should have completed kaufmann/kauffrau EFZ training with initial work experience, possess reliable and precise work habits, show willingness to learn and aptitude with digital tools, and exhibit strong German language skills both verbally and in writing.
