Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will support DevOps teams in an agile environment, promote self-organization, enhance teamwork, and lead teams to produce valuable results. Engaging with other Scrum Masters, you foster new ideas and improve organizational collaboration to continue successful agile transformation.

At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in large, agile-scaled organizations with expertise in SAFe and change management. Proficient in using Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, empathy, self-management, and coordination skills required. Must be proficient in German and have a good grasp of English.
