At Rework AG, we create new fashion from old clothing. Focusing on secondhand as raw materials, we design collections that are clear, relevant, and wearable. As part of our team, the role involves concept design, developing modular and flexible patterns, and overseeing prototype development with our production teams. Collaboration is key, and this includes engaging with marketing for visual communication.

Candidates should hold a degree in Fashion Design and have several years of experience. They should demonstrate strong pattern-making skills, material insight, and silhouette awareness. Flexibility in working processes, as well as teamwork, self-responsibility, and interdisciplinary communication skills, are essential.
