The Role
As a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter, you will engage with personal customer contacts and serve as the main contact person for business partners and customers in the corporate segment. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, participating in annual plans and campaigns, representing the hotels at events, conducting market analysis, and co-designing activities for the reopening of the Mama Shelter. The role also involves CRM maintenance and administrative sales tasks.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience working in a hotel of comparable size, especially in managing the events department. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems like Cvent, Anais, or Opera is preferred. Candidates should be capable of inspiring people with the hotel concept, handling administrative work reliably, and demonstrate a doer attitude.
