Customer Support Crew

The Role

Join Avelo Airlines as a part-time Customer Support Crew member, responsible for assisting and supporting customer interactions through calls and digital channels. You'll provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, bookings, and sell flights while working to maintain service standards and KPIs. Eligible crew members can work from home.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or GED, have one year of customer service or sales experience, and possess strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, previous sales or call center experience, and technical skills with CSC systems are preferred. A quiet work environment is a must.
