Product Support Specialist
The Role
As a Product Support Specialist at LeaseTeq, you will connect operations and technology by owning second-level product support, streamlining escalation processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with first-level (operations) and third-level (technical) support teams, managing complex issues and prioritizing enhancements with product management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, over 3 years in product support or similar roles, preferably in SaaS environments. Strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience with tools like Jira or Zendesk. Must handle cross-functional teams and understand Agile methodologies.
