Hotel Sales Ambassador

Join the 25hours & Mama Shelter hotel team in Zurich as a Brand Ambassador. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, participating in annual planning, and representing the hotels at events. Engage in market analysis and conduct hotel tours, while developing strategies to enhance company success.

Candidates should have experience in a similar-sized hotel, preferably having managed the events department. Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous. Candidates should be familiar with CRM systems like Cvent or Opera, and must be detail-oriented, reliable, and personable.
