Administrative Assistant
The Role
Seeking a reliable and experienced administrative assistant for a small international Family Office. Responsibilities include supporting the owner in business and personal matters, communication with authorities and service providers, administration of invoices, organizing personal and business correspondence, planning and coordinating travel, and serving as the central contact for the Family Office in Switzerland.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or several years' experience as an Executive Assistant, native German speaker, excellent Spanish and English skills, calm and organized personality with high responsibility, discretion, organizational skills, and reliability.
