Customer Support Specialist

The Role

Assist the Army Logistics Base (BLA) by managing affairs through the GEVER system, ensuring compliance, deadlines, and archiving. Coordinate meetings, draft minutes, edit presentations, and train staff. Contribute to evolving business management and IT applications. As a BLA supporter, you help with logistical services, material management, systems, and infrastructure for the Swiss Army.

Requirements

Commercial training with professional experience or equivalent. Customer service orientation, initiative, and autonomy. Teamwork, endurance, perseverance, and knowledge of Microsoft products. Ideally experienced with GEVER, strong oral and writing skills, and fluency in an additional official language.
