A commercial training combined with further HR education or a Bachelor's Degree in HR. Initial HR experience, ideally in a small company or startup. High ambition and energy, knowledge of Swiss labor laws, social insurance, payroll, and fluency in English and German. Must reside in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
