The Role
The Administrative Assistant role at Imperial Wealth Planning is a part-time hybrid position based in Freienbach SZ. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing post, filing and data entry, performing minor executive assistant duties, and clerical tasks. The role requires office time and allows some work-from-home flexibility.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in administrative and executive assistance, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The ability to maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive information, and communicate in English and German is essential. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a bonus. A bachelor's degree or relevant certification and previous experience in financial advisory is preferred.
