Payroll Lead

La Fosse is looking for an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss regulations. This part-time role (working 2-3 days per week) requires living in Switzerland and involves managing payroll for employees within the country and those residing abroad within the Switzerland entity.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field. Extensive experience with Swiss payroll and cross-border complexities. Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and tax regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and international payroll platforms is a plus. Must speak English and either German or French.
