The Role

The role involves managing the school office at Primarstufe Bläsi, acting as the first point of contact for teachers, parents, and students. You will support the school administration with various tasks, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, handle sensitive data confidentially, and manage bookkeeping and administrative personnel tasks. You will collaborate with the Department of Education and other relevant bodies.

Requirements

Candidates should have professional experience in a commercial field, ideally in education, and be familiar with public administration processes. A commercial basic education with bookkeeping experience is necessary, and proficiency in MS Office is required. Candidates should have strong German skills, with additional languages being a plus, and be service-oriented in a multicultural school environment.
