Postdoc in Neurotology Research
The Role
Join an innovative research project aimed at enhancing stroke detection in dizzy patients using VOG diagnostics. The position is part of a collaboration between multiple Swiss research and medical centers, with funding from the Swiss National Science Foundation. Responsibilities include conducting cross-sectional studies in emergency departments, developing training modules for emergency doctors, assisting with data collection and research experiments, and publishing scientific results. The appointment is temporary, either for 4 years at 50% or for 2 years at 100%.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a medical degree with a PhD, knowledge in research databases like Redcap, and preferably experience in scientific writing and publication. Good command of statistical methods and a minimum B2 level in German are desired. Collaboration in an interdisciplinary clinical and technical research environment is crucial.
