Customer Service Support Specialist
The Role
At Novartis Contract Manufacturing, the Customer Service Support Specialist will ensure a high-quality service experience for VIP clients, corporate management, and board members. This role requires flexibility with work hours and proximity to Basel airport. The focus will be on maintaining excellent client relations, upholding service standards, and anticipating client needs.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have several years' experience in high-level customer service, especially in aviation or luxury hospitality, with fluency in German and English. Familiarity with Novartis and experience with VIP clients is advantageous. Key skills include problem-solving, organizational ability, and emotional intelligence. A 30-minute commute from Basel airport is also preferred.
